It has come to our attention that a small amount of the 4-disc packages contain a flawed Disc 3.

We have remedied the situation, but we need to get replacement discs out to those of you who have been affected. Rest assured that we will stay with the situation until resolved fully to your satisfaction.

To receive your replacement disc via mail and also access to download the contents of disc 3, fill out the form below with your email address and mailing address. If you have any message that you would like to send as well, you can include it in the "mailing address" field.

You will receive a response within 12 hours, usually sooner with immediate access to download the entire contents of the flawed disc 3.
